Thank you so much for choosing Double Batch Cookie Co. for your special cookies! Every batch is made with care, and we want your treats to arrive just as beautiful and delicious as they leave our kitchen. Here are a few helpful policies to keep everything smooth:

Deposits & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your requested date and cookie order.

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due at pickup or upon shipment.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel more than 10 days before your requested due date, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future order.

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before your requested will forfeit the deposit.

  • Design or increased quantities must be made at least 10 days in advance and may incur a price adjustment. Changes cannot be guaranteed

Cookie Care

Your cookies are decorated with love - and a little bit of art! To keep them looking and tasting their best:

  • Handle with care – the icing is delicate and should be handled gently.

  • Do not refrigerate – refrigeration can cause colors to run and designs to blur.

  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container or freeze your cookies.

  • Keep out of heat – please don’t leave cookies in a hot car or direct sunlight.

Pickup & Shipping

  • Pickup will be at the agreed time. Cookies not picked up by the agreed upon time will be donated.

  • Shipping within Indiana is available at the cost of packaging and shipping. We are not responsible for breakage, but we will pack your cookies with care. (I shipped cookies to Kuwait and we had only ONE break!)

Refunds

Because each order is custom-made just for you, all sales are final once cookies are picked up or delivered.
